BTVAR's Annual Election of Officers and Directors

BTVAR's Annual Election & Member Appreciation Event is here and we would like to invite all of our Industry Partners to take part!

 

The Event will take place on September 10th, 2024, from 5-7 pm, at The Sessions Hotel. Dinner will be from Southern Craft. The theme is Rhythm & Boots, and we'll be ending the evening with a LIVE Line Dancing Class.

 

We are offering all Industry Partners the opportunity to contribute a selection of your business's promotional materials and gifts to help fill goody bags for our membership! These tote-style bags measure approximately 16"W x 14.5"H, and you can anticipate about 50 people attending. All contributions will need to be dropped off at the BTVAR office or pickup requested by Friday, 9/6. Kindly message us with your intent to contribute ahead of time so that we will know to expect your items.
